Tex Mex Dip II...Source: Regina Schrameyer



16 oz cream cheese

1/2 to 1 package taco mix

1/4 cup sour cream



tomato

green pepper

olives

red pepper

scallions

grated Monterey Jack cheese



Blend first three ingredients and spread on flat dish.

Chop and dice all remaining (except cheese) and spread on base.

Sprinkle cheese on top of all.
