Low Country Boil....

10# new potatos, chunked

3# sausage (kielbasa/polish/smoked, etc.)

12 ears corn, halved

6# shrimp

4 large onions, chopped coarse

2 6 oz. packages Old Bay seasoning

1/2# butter

JGM mix (or salt and pepper) to taste



Place sufficient water in pot to cover corn and potatos when added

Add Old Bay and bring to boil

Add potatos, sausage, onion, butter

Boil about 10 minutes

Add corn

Boil another 5 minutes

Add shrimp

Boil about 3-4 minutes...no more

Add JGM mix (or salt and pepper) to taste



Serve by draining and dumping on a newpaper covered table.

 (This and comics is about all they're good for anymore!)



This recipe will feed 20 and is scalable.
