Hot Wing Mix....Source: Jim Mixson



1 1/4 cup wheat flour

4 T JGM mix...This is my concoction; see Recipe

1 t paprika

2T hot & spicy creole seasoning



Mix all above well.

Coat chicken wings with olive oil.

Coat chicken wings with mix.

Deep fry or bake 'til done.
