Jim's Ham Glaze

1/4 C prepared mustard (Dijon preferred)

1/4 C honey

1/4 C brown sugar (dark preferred)

1 T Rum (dark preferred)

1 T lemon juice

1 T apple cider vinegar

1/4 t ground cloves

2 T corn meal (helps glaze stick to ham)



Fully blend all ingredients.

Bring to a low boil while stirring.

Remove from heat immediately and let cool.

Fully coat ham with mixture prior to baking.

Sufficient for a 5-8 pound ham.
