EZ Sausage Gravy & Biscuits...Source: Multiple



Biscuits: Use Pillsbury Grands frozen.

Gravy is white sauce

	2T butter

	2T flour

	1C milk

	Salt & pepper to taste

1/2 # bulk pork sausage with extra sage



In skillet, fry sausage to well done (crumble), set aside

In small sauce pan,

	Melt butter & add flour stirring in slowly

	Allow to simmer for 2 minutes

	Add milk slowly, constantly stirring

	Cook to desired consistency. Careful...easy to over do. It'll thicken later.

	Add sausage to this mixture and stir in well

Prepare the biscuits according to package.

Serve all hot, splitting the biscuits and generously applying the gravy mix.

	(Butter the biscuits if desired.)

This recipe will serve about 6 biscuits.
