off before 10AM with minor spotty accumulation.
Light flurries again around noon then tapering off. Fairly heavy blowing snow in the
1 PM time frame. Accumulation around 1/2 inch. 
Light to medium flurries through the late afternoon. No added accumulation.

16th...Freezing rain w/some sleet & snow in the evening. Short lived. Slight coverage.

17th...Little additional freezing rain overnight. Far far less than predicted. Turns to
very light rain through morning.

21st...Three inches of snow overnight; moderate snowfall continues at 7 AM.
Two to four more inches in today's forecast.
Snowfall thru noon, varying light to moderate. Six inches by noon.

26th...Very very slight dusting of snow overnight.
