Potato With Crab Soup I...Source: Jim Mixson

3 # potatos, peeled and sliced, diced
3 carrots, diced or 1 14 1/2 ounce can sliced or diced
8 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
1 14 1/2 ounce can chicken broth
1 T dehydrated celery
1/4 t dill weed
1/2 t granulated garlic
1 meduim onion, chopped
6 T butter
6 T all purpose flour
Salt to taste
JGM mix...This is my concoction; see Recipe
Black pepper to taste
2 cups milk

I prefer to saute the potatos & onion in butter prior to adding to mixture.
	Not necessary though.
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven with sufficient water to cover.  
Cook until tender.
Adjust to desired consistency with milk or flour.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and JGM mix.
