2 6 oz cans solid white albacore (tuna)

1 small onion, finely chopped

4 eggs, hard boiled and chopped

2-3 T mayonnaise

1-2 T prepared mustard

1/4 C Vidalia Onion Vinagarette salad dressing

Zartarains Creole Seasoning

granulated garlic

MSG

lemon pepper seasoning

 

Thoroughly mix all ingredients, seasoning to taste with the Creole, 

garlic and lemon pepper seasonings.  Add MSG if desired, about 1/4 t.

Take care with the mayonnaise/mustard/salad dressing so that the

mixture retains a stiff consistency.  Too much == too watery!!



Serve as a light meal (E.G., lunch) with sliced tomatoes and toast.

Canned whole tomatoes will work, but fresh picked and sliced is best.

Serves 4-5.
