Pork Roast Sauce (Tomato Based)Source: Jim Mixson



1   C tomato catsup

1/2 C water

1/4 C wine vinegar

2   T cooking oil

2   T granulated onion

2   T worcestershire sauce

1   T brown sugar

1   t dry mustard

1   t oregano

1   t JGM mix (see recipe)

1/2 t MSG

1/4 t chili powder



Mix all and bring to a boil.  Simmer for a few minutes.

Brush on pork roast during last 1/2 hour of cooking.
